Whilst they won’t be as popular in the future as they have been in the past, SSAS’s are still very important to us, particularly scheme takeovers. Following the introduction of the potential for the scheme administrator to pay scheme sanction charges (fines to you and us) many providers have pulled out of the market.
We haven’t and we will continue to act as the Professional Trustee and joint Scheme Administrator and the number of enquiries we get to take over existing SSAS’s continues to grow.
Like our SIPP, our SSAS is a fully private arrangement requiring no insured element and we pride ourselves on our ability to work closely with you the IFA to give your clients a complete service package.
