Whilst we have a national reputation for Self Administered and Self Invested Personal Pensions, we also have the expertise to advise in this area. In the bad old days there used to be about 80 different pension providers most of whom overcharged and delivered below average performance.
Modern policies are good value, flexible and allow you to invest not only in the insurance company’s own pension funds but a wide range of other fund management groups as well. We know all about the best insured pension products on the market today and can help you to find the one that is right for you.
There are billions of pounds locked up in insured pension products and as the industry rationalises down to less than ten major product providers, a lot of policies remain with insurance companies that are either continuing to over-charge or delivering sub-standard performance or both.
The position is not going to improve because many of those companies are closed to new business and are slowly withering on the vine whilst continuing to extract charges from policies that clients choose to leave with them. In our opinion, there has never been a more urgent need to review existing insured pension arrangements than now.
